Recent Developments Games Fair and Competition
The Creative Computing Group at Coleraine hosted an event in the Octagon on Thursday 19th February. The latest Xbox360, Wii and PS3 games were exhibited, with multiplayer competitions running throughout the event.

Workshop: Novel Approaches to Promoting Student Engagement
A one-day workshop was hosted by the School of Computing and Information Engineering at the Coleraine campus on 30th October 2008. The workshop examined issues related to student engagement at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

The 15th IEEE International Conference on Engineering of Computer-Based Systems (ECBS 2008) was hosted by the Faculty of Computing and Engineering. The conference took place from 31st March - 4th April 2008 in the W5 Conference Centre in Belfast.

Conference: HSCM 2008
The Second International Health and Social Care Modelling Conference (HSCM 2008) was hosted by the School of Computing and Information Engineering. The conference took place from 18th-20th March 2008 in the Ramada Hotel in Portrush.
