Abstracts

Abstracts will be accepted in either Microsoft Word or preferably Latex format and should be sent to p.marshall@ulster.ac.uk. Please make sure they are no more than 2 pages including all pictures and references. If you have selected to give a presentation, you will be informed as to whether it has been accepted by the conference organisers in due course.

Please note that posters are required to be in portrait dimensions and A0 size maximum, i.e. 2m high and 1m wide.

The deadline for abstract submission is Friday 26th March 2010.

Latex Users

If using Latex code, please use this template and make sure the file compiles to your satisfaction. If you are including pictures, please send these separately as either .pdf or .eps files. Remember to send the .tex version so this can be included in the proceedings correctly.

Word Users

If using Microsoft Word, please use this template. Please make sure to send any pictures separately as eps or pdf files additional to including them in the original document. Note that all formulae will be transferred into Latex format. The organisers will take no responsibility for errors that may occur from transcribing formulae from Word to Latex format.
